His feet actually aren't dirty. He was found in a park by my house and was covered with sores, scabs, and abrasions, so his feet are just scabbing over and healing. Thanks - I think he's cute too, but I found him a home over a year ago.

Awhh, poor thing. It's a good thing you found him.

I hate it when people dump their pets. Bringing them to a shelter is bad enough, but dumping them in a park? Madness. :(
